Taken & Claimed will accept returns on unworn merchandise initiated within 30 days of your order shipping.
Please note: items that have been tried on with direct skin contact or which show any signs of wear will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be accompanied with all original tags.

Once your return is delivered back to us, our team thoroughly inspects all items ensuring they are in new condition. This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return is delivered back to us. If your return is accepted and you have not initiated an exchange, you will receive a notification of your refund or store credit via email.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@takenandclaimed.com.
Taken & Claimed reserves the right to refuse any return that is received worn, damaged, or does not comply with the aforementioned policies. In the instance that a return is received in unacceptable condition, your return will be canceled and the item will be shipped back to you via UPS ground shipping.
Full priced merchandise can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund. Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ are final sale and are non-returnable.
Returns made outside of our returns systems cannot be processed.
